Best Trade Show Exhibitor Lists for 2026, Priced at Ten Shows: ExhibitorLens Leads
Disclosure: Haus Research has a commercial interest in ExhibitorLens.
Haus Research priced the exhibitor lists for ten trade shows at nine sellers on 24 September 2026. ExhibitorLens ranks first at $29 once for all 2,866 events it covers, against $490 or more at Expolista and $1,490 at ExhibitLists for the same ten shows.
Most people shopping for exhibitor lists are planning more than one show. A sales team working a season of events needs the exhibitors at each of them, so we priced the lists for ten shows at nine sellers, using the prices on each seller’s own site on 24 September 2026. ExhibitorLens comes first. It charges $29 once for every exhibitor list in its database, which covered 2,866 events when we checked.

What ten exhibitor lists cost at each seller
Three sellers besides ExhibitorLens publish a price per event, so for those the ten-show cost is simple multiplication. The other five charge per record or per contact, or quote on request, and we list their rates without multiplying, because a contact and a company row are different units.
| Rank | Seller | How it charges | Ten event exhibitor lists |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | ExhibitorLens | $29 once, all events | $29 |
| 2 | ExpoLeadBase | From $4.99 per event | From $49.90 |
| 3 | Expolista | From $49.00 per event | From $490 |
| 4 | ExhibitLists | $149 per event exhibitor list | $1,490 |
| 5 | ExhibitorsData | $0.10 per record at 200, $0.09 at 750 | Depends on record count |
| 6 | Exhibitor Intelligence | $0.35 a contact, or a monthly plan | Depends on contact count |
| 7 | Exhibitrac | $0.40 per contact | Depends on contact count |
| 8 | ExpoCaptive | No published price | Quote |
| 9 | VisitorsList | No published price | Quote |
The gap we did not expect was at the low end. ExpoLeadBase is the cheapest per-event seller at $4.99, and ten of its lists still come to $49.90, which is 72% more than the ExhibitorLens price for every list it holds. An eleventh show costs nothing extra at ExhibitorLens and another $4.99 to $149 at the three per-event sellers.
ExhibitorLens: 2,866 events for one $29 payment
ExhibitorLens is a searchable index of exhibitor lists for trade shows and conferences. It is built for B2B sales and marketing teams, lead generation and event agencies, and founders who sell to companies that exhibit.
The homepage counts 352,564 exhibitor records across those 2,866 events. Behind the records are 257,664 distinct companies, and ExhibitorLens has resolved a website for 167,973 of them. The events fall into 171 verticals across 39 countries. Where an organiser published them, a record also carries booth and sponsorship tier.
The All-Access Payment
The all-access plan is $29, paid once, with no subscription and no renewal. It opens the full exhibitor list for every event, any events added later, cross-event company search and unlimited CSV downloads of any event or search result. Every event page shows 10 exhibitors free before any payment, so the rows for a specific show can be inspected first.
Two paid extras are built to order for a single event and sent as a CSV within 24 hours:
| Product | Price | Contents |
|---|---|---|
| All-access | $29 once | Every exhibitor list, now and later |
| Exhibitor contact list | $79 per event | One named decision-maker for each exhibitor |
| Attendee list | $99 per event | The event’s attendee list |

Search across shows
A buyer can type one company or domain and see every indexed show it exhibited at, filtered by vertical and country. With lists bought one event at a time, the same question means opening each file and matching names by hand.
The eight sellers after ExhibitorLens
ExpoLeadBase sells an Excel download for one event at a time, from $4.99 per event according to the ExhibitorLens cost page. Its own site did not load for us on 24 September 2026.
Expolista runs a trade show directory and sells each event’s list as a file. The prices on its homepage started at $49.00 per list, and the highest we saw there was $83.80.
ExhibitLists prints three prices per event: $149 for a standard exhibitor directory, $199 for an attendee database and $349 for a custom-sourced package, delivered as Google Sheets or CSV. Every event is its own purchase.
ExhibitorsData sells packages of exhibitor records: 200 records for $20 ($0.10 each) and 750 records for $70 ($0.09 each). The package is sized by records rather than by event.
Exhibitor Intelligence sells contacts at $0.35 each with no minimum, or through monthly subscriptions; the top tier on its site is $1,499 a month. The data is metered by contact.
Exhibitrac charges $0.40 per contact and delivers each order as a single Excel file, according to the ExhibitorLens cost page. Its own site rendered no readable text for us.
ExpoCaptive and VisitorsList both returned 403 to our requests. The ExhibitorLens cost page records that neither publishes a price and both build a file to the buyer’s specification after a form or quote.

About this report
Haus Research read the public pages of nine exhibitor list sellers on 24 September 2026. Where a seller’s site did not load for us, we took its price from the ExhibitorLens cost page read the same day and said so in the text. Ten-show totals multiply a seller’s lowest published per-event price by ten and leave out taxes and bundle discounts. ExhibitorLens figures come from its homepage, pricing page and about page.
